    • How do I create an account?

      Logging into AWS Stores using MFA (Multi-factor authentication).

      NOTES:

      • Before you access AWS stores, you may want to install the Pearson Authenticator application on your phone as one method for authentication.
      • Once logged in, your session will be active for the next 24 hours

      1. In the AWS store, click on Login / Register for an Account
      2. Enter your User Name or Email Address.
      3. Enter your Password.
      4. Select the Sign in button.
      5. If you are logging in for the first time, you will be directly logged in to the Pearson VUE AWS Store. .
      6. If you are logging in the second time, you will be taken to the Multifactor Authentication screen, where you can select the verification method – Email Or One-time Passcode. Select the desired method and click Next.
        • If you select Email Verification, you will receive the passcode in your email. Enter the passcode and press Authenticate
        • If you select One-time Passcode, you will see the message to register your device in the Pearson Authenticator app. Click Next
          • You will then be asked to scan the given QR code image with the Pearson Authenticator app.
          • Once you scan the code, you will receive the verification code in the Pearson Authenticator app on your phone, which you need to enter in the given field and press Authenticate button.
          • You will receive the successful authentication message. Click on Done button
          • From the third time login onwards, you will not be required to scan the QR code. You will directly receive the verfication code in the Pearson Authenticator app on your phone, which you need to enter in the given field.
      7. On successful authentication, you will be logged in to the Pearson VUE AWS store.

    • How do I edit my account information?

      To edit your account information, login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Next, under "Personal Information" select the appropriate option to edit your account information.

    • I forgot my password.

      Click the " Login / Register for an Account " link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says, "Forgot your password?" Click the link and then enter the email address you use to sign in to your account. The site will automatically send you an email with your password.

  • Order Status

    • Has my order been delivered?

      To view your Order Status, you must first login to access your account. This ensures that your private information will be secure. Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

    • My email(s) never arrived.

      If you are a registered user, you can check on the order status here.

      If your order shows a status of "completed" but you have not received your email, please check any spam or quarantine folders to ensure it hasn’t been obstructed. If you are still unable to find an email, please contact customer service for assistance.

      You can also pull up your vouchers/digital products within 24hrs of delivery by going to your order history and clicking on either the "view voucher codes" or "view digital codes" buttons next to your order.

  • Delivery and Returns

    • I received the wrong product.

      If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    • What is your return policy?

      Exam Vouchers

      Exam vouchers cannot be returned. Vouchers are only for use at a Pearson VUE test center in the country you select at time of purchase. Vouchers expire twelve months from date of purchase. Exams must be scheduled and taken on or before the expiration date of the voucher(s). The specific expiration date will be sent with the voucher number via email. All sales of exam vouchers are final, no exceptions.

      Digital Products

      Digital products cannot be returned.

      Refund Process

      Please contact customer service for more information about returning an item. Once your return has been "authorized" by Customer Service, you may receive an RMA from Customer Service. You can use this RMA to return products to the address specified on the RMA. Once the product has been received and verified, we will credit your account within 7 to 10 business days.

    • When will my order be delivered?

      Exam Vouchers

      Exam vouchers will be emailed after your order is processed and payment is received. Please contact customer service if you have not received your exam vouchers within 2 business days of purchase.

      Digital Learning Products

      Digital learning products will be emailed after your order is processed and payment is received. Usually this will occur within an hour of the payment’s resolution, but in some cases may take up to 2 business days.

  • International Delivery

    • Do you sell vouchers to my country?

      Pearson VUE exam vouchers may be locked to usage within a certain set of countries, which can be viewed on the product’s description page. The shipping settings of each regional marketplace will restrict sales to countries in which all vouchers from that marketplace are usable; to switch your regional marketplace click the link on the site header.

      Note that due to government and/or business regulations, this store is unable to make any sales to Russia, Belarus, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Iran, or Sudan at this time.

  • Pricing and Billing

    • Taxes and tax-exempt status

      Taxes vary by location and product. They are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

      Establishing a tax-exempt status for U.S. customers

      To apply for sales tax-exempt status on the Pearson VUE Store, you will need to provide a copy of your sales tax-exempt status along with your Store account information which includes your First Name, Last Name and Email Address. Send this information to [email protected]. Allow 5 business days for processing. When completed, your Store account will be updated to reflect your status and purchases on the store will not be charged sales tax.

      Note: Once your tax-exempt status is on file you are still required to enter your Tax Exemption number during the checkout process in the "Tax ID" box, during the "Shipping Method" step. Entry of your tax-exempt I.D. is required on every order. This also ensures the invoice will include the proper number for any tax purposes.

      Applying a VAT/GST tax-exemption to my order

      Euro and GST countries (apart from Greece and the U.K.) do not need to submit your tax exemption forms to the store.

      Note: You must enter your tax-exemption number during the checkout process, in the "Tax ID" box, during the "Shipping Method" step. Entry of your tax-exempt I.D. is required on every order. This also ensures the invoice will include the proper number for any tax purposes.

      VAT exemption for Greece and U.K. customers

      Exception countries to our VAT policy are Greece and the U.K. Since Pearson VUE is an established business there we charge VAT in these countries regardless of B2B status.

      Anyone in Greece or the U.K. who would like to apply for sales tax-exempt status on the Pearson VUE Store will need to provide a copy of your sales tax-exempt status along with your Store account information including your First Name, Last Name and Email Address. Send this information to [email protected]. Allow 5 business days for processing. When completed, your Store account will be updated to reflect your status and purchases on the store will not be charged sales tax.

    • What are my payment choices?

      Accepted forms of payment

      The following forms of payment are currently accepted:

      Charging my credit card

      Allow 1 business day for your charges to be processed and appear on your credit card.

      Crediting my credit card

      The time it takes for a credit to appear on your account is usually 7-10 business days from the time your item(s) is received.

      Wire Transfer

      Important information to know before you begin:

      Sending Sufficient Funds
      To pay via a Wire Transfer you will need to transfer enough funds to cover your order, including taxes and shipping (if applicable) and any transaction fees that may be charged by your bank and deducted directly from the amount you are transferring. If you do not send sufficient funds, your order will automatically be cancelled and you will be issued a store credit in the amount received. Your Store credit can be applied to any future order and can be combined with credit card or PayPal payment options. Please see "How to utilize credit" information below.

      Step by Step Instructions

      1. Select "Wire Transfer" under "Payment"
      2. Read the message closely, then click "I Agree"
      3. Re-enter your billing address information (or select "Use my shipping address"), click "Next Step"
      4. Review your order information and click "Place Order"
        NOTE: YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING STEPS ARE COMPLETED AND PAYMENT, INCLUDING ANY BANK TRANSFER FEES, IS RECEIVED:
      5. After placing your order, you will receive an invoice within 1 business day with specific account details to wire the funds to. This method of payment requires funds be received and deposited with Pearson VUE before the product is shipped.


      NOTE: Please allow for up to 2-3 business days for funds to be posted to our account and matched before your product will be fulfilled.

      How to utilize store credit
      1. You can view available store credit from your "My Account" page under "Gift cards & store credits" or at checkout
      2. At checkout complete all fields until you get to the payment section
      3. Below "Payment" you will see "Gift card & store credit", you will find your available credit here
      4. Select the store credit and amount you wish to apply
      5. You may select another payment method (credit card or PayPal) to complete any remaining balance

      Line of Credit

      Important information to know before you begin:

      The Line of Credit payment option is only visible when the following requirements are met:

      • Your organization has an established Line of Credit with Pearson VUE
      • You are an authorized user on the Line of Credit
      • Your L.O.C. is in good standing with Pearson Vue
      To confirm if a L.O.C. is available to you, log into your account and select "My Account". Accounts with access to an existing Line of Credit will see this as a payment option listed under "Payment Methods".

      Payment via Line of Credit
      • Shop and select Proceed to Checkout
      • Under Payment, select "Line of Credit"
      • Enter your (mandatory) Purchase Order Number in the p.o. box provided
      • Confirm you have emailed a copy of your Purchase Order to [email protected]
      • Click "Next Step"
      • Print your on-screen Order Confirmation
      • NOTE: an email Order Confirmation is also sent shortly thereafter. This email will:
        • Confirm your Payment method: Line of Credit
        • Confirm your P.O. Number
        • Confirm your Payment Terms (normally NET 30)
        • The INVOICE is emailed to the email address associated with the Line of Credit. The INVOICE is sent within 1-2 business days of ordering.

      Line of Credit Q&A

      Can I apply for a Line of Credit?
      There are accounts that may qualify to apply for a Line of Credit. To inquire if your organization qualifies; Submit your correspondence to [email protected] with subject line "Interested in a Pearson VUE Store LOC". In the body of your message include your name, your company name and mailing address.

      Does my organization already have a Line of Credit that I can access?
      If you are a branch office or a local school and aren’t sure if your Main Office or School District already has an existing Line of Credit; Submit an inquiry to [email protected] with subject line "Access to an established LOC? Your Company name". In the body of your correspondence include your name, your company name and mailing address. Also required will be the Company Name and mailing address of your Main Office or School District for which the Line of Credit may already be established. Please allow 5 business days for research and response.

      Pay by Check/ACH

      Important information before you begin

      Pay by Check/ACH is available to all Pearson VUE Store customers in North America. This method of payment requires funds be received and deposited with NCS Pearson before product is shipped. Allow a Minimum of 2-14 days or more when paying by ACH or check. Processing time varies depending on your bank.

      You can locate your invoice under "Your Account" > "Order history" for specific Remit to instructions. Orders using 'Pay by Check/ACH' payment method will be cancelled if payment is not received within 90 days.

      • Shop and select Proceed to Check out
      • Select the payment option: Pay by Check/ACH
      • In the P.O. Box, either include an optional p.o. # or enter 'none' ("Pay by Check/ACH" does not require a p.o. be sent). Once the ordering process is completed;
      • An Order Confirmation will be generated and emailed to you
      • Your Invoice including payment instructions (drop box) is available in your "Order History", found under "My Account"
      • Print the Invoice including payment instructions; provide this information to your account payable team
      • Make check payable to NCS Pearson and include your Pearson VUE Store Order # with your payment or the bank account noted for ACH
      • Mail your paper check to drop box address noted on your Store invoice
      • Your order will be released for processing once funds are received
    • I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

      Login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view and print invoices.

    • When will my credit appear on my account?

      The time it takes for your credit to appear on your account may vary. However, credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we received your item(s).

    • When will my credit card be charged?

      Your credit card will be charged immediately on placing the order.

    • How do I navigate the site?

      To navigate this website, simply select a product category from the header bar. The facet checkboxes on the left sides of the category pages can be used to filter products down further.

      Please note that customers must be logged in to view the products that are available to them.

    • How do I use a coupon?

      After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you will see a box where you may enter and apply your coupon code to your order.
